SWHM works in partnership with either the current management company or management team. After the initial review a detailed action plan is then agreed. The SWHM team would then split into their specialities to work with the team to implement the Switch hotel systems across all areas.
Sales, Marketing & Commercial Management is included in the Hotel Management programme, but can also be separate services. The service would then utilise our Sales, Marketing & Commercial teams to develop the property, directly for the owner.
SWHM only works on measurable Key Performance Indicators which can be reviewed on a weekly or monthly basis e.g. HOTSTATS, STR and our bespoke traffic light reporting system.
Our experience encompasses all brands. The service allows our Commercial Team to directly work with the relevant brand to maximise performance.
Protection of the business is crucial. SWHM controls the Capital Expenditure budget and uses it’s group purchasing and expertise to ensure the best value is procured, with no compromise on the asset.
BUDGETS AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
SWHM will work on behalf of the owner to ensure that there is a realistic budget in place, crucially that budget will be measurable and will be created based upon detailed analysis and our knowledge of the industry.
