I’m Lauren and my current role is the Conference & Events Manager at Park Regis. I started my career at Park Regis in June 2018 as a Reservations and Events Coordinator. I received great support and training from the Team, and I became Reservations and Events Supervisor a year later.

After a difficult year for anyone working in our industry, I’ve been very fortunate to work for such an innovative company. Our business is striving, and it has great to see our team grow. I then started my role of Assistant Reservations & Events Office Manager in October 2021, and then was delighted to be promoted again in December 2021 to my current role.

I’m looking forward to seeing the team develop and progress. I would really recommend Park Regis as a place to work for anyone looking for a career in Hospitality, it’s a company who really put the care of the people first.

I work at the Holiday Inn Express since November 2022. It's been a wonderful experience so far every day is a new experience and I like the role I am doing.

I started working as a Night Auditor and was then promoted to Senior Night auditor. The career path is exciting and fruitful, as I love my role and want to enhance my capabilities for future progress.

Hi, I am Waqar, and I work as a Senior Finance Auditor, however that wasn't the case when I began my career at Park Regis as a Concierge in 2018 and was promoted to a Receptionist in about 6 months after, where I gained more confidence and accolades.

I have a can-do attitude that keeps me motivated to achieve greater success. I've been a top up seller for a long time and my manager noticed my hard work and desire to succeed in life and decided to promote me to Front Office Supervisor and Duty Manager. I have been promoted to finance department last year because I enjoy working with numbers and wanted to give myself a new challenge . As a result, I got the chance and advanced further in my career development. I have always believed that you can only perceive yourself as you see yourself, I am enjoying my new role as a Senior Finance Auditor.  

Hi, my name is Stefan and I join Park Regis in November 2021 as a Front Desk Reception. During my time in this role, I was responsible for welcoming guests, checking them in and out, and ensuring their needs were met throughout their stay. I gained valuable experience in handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

After demonstrating dedication and a strong work ethic, I was promoted to the position of Resident and Guest service Supervisor in 2022 in St Martins Place. I became adept at training new team members, coordinating shifts, and maintaining a positive work environment.

In this role, I have been responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and guest service team. I ensure that all team members are well-trained and equipped to provide personalized and attentive service to our resident.

Hi, I’m Cosimo, I have been working at Park Regis since 2016. I began working as a Credit Controller then moved quite quickly up to Assistant Financial Controller.

My manager was so supportive in my development, he ensured I had the right skills and tools to do my job and now I am the Hotel Finance Manager

I love the environment that I work in and I am excited that the company is expanding so quickly. I hope to grow with it and be in a regional role in the near future.

My name is Moses and I work as a Front Desk Team Member at Lyndon House in Birmingham. I started for Switch Hospitality in January 2021, where I was tupied over from my previous employer when Switch took over managing this building. I had to learn a new way of working, however Switch helped me and supported me through the transition period while I adjusted to all new changes. I have learned so much being with the company and I enjoy challenge and to learn new things and skills.

I love where I work, the clients and staffs are wonderful and I enjoy coming in to work every day, I feel valued and respected as a team member.
