I’m Lauren and my current role is the Conference & Events Manager at Park Regis. I started my career at Park Regis in June 2018 as a Reservations and Events Coordinator. I received great support and training from the Team, and I became Reservations and Events Supervisor a year later.

After a difficult year for anyone working in our industry, I’ve been very fortunate to work for such an innovative company. Our business is striving, and it has great to see our team grow. I then started my role of Assistant Reservations & Events Office Manager in October 2021, and then was delighted to be promoted again in December 2021 to my current role.

Hi, I am Waqar, and I work as a Senior Finance Auditor, however that wasn't the case when I began my career at Park Regis as a Concierge in 2018 and was promoted to a Receptionist in about 6 months after, where I gained more confidence and accolades.

I have a can-do attitude that keeps me motivated to achieve greater success. I've been a top up seller for a long time and my manager noticed my hard work and desire to succeed in life and decided to promote me to Front Office Supervisor and Duty Manager. I have been promoted to finance department last year because I enjoy working with numbers and wanted to give myself a new challenge . As a result, I got the chance and advanced further in my career development. I have always believed that you can only perceive yourself as you see yourself, I am enjoying my new role as a Senior Finance Auditor.

Hi, my name is Stefan and I join Park Regis in November 2021 as a Front Desk Reception. During my time in this role, I was responsible for welcoming guests, checking them in and out, and ensuring their needs were met throughout their stay. I gained valuable experience in handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

After demonstrating dedication and a strong work ethic, I was promoted to the position of Resident and Guest service Supervisor in 2022 in St Martins Place. I became adept at training new team members, coordinating shifts, and maintaining a positive work environment.

In this role, I have been responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and guest service team. I ensure that all team members are well-trained and equipped to provide personalized and attentive service to our resident.
