Switch Hospitality Management Ltd has revealed details of Birmingham’s Royal Angus Hotel redevelopment, with the new 'Aparthotel Birmingham’ located in Snowhill set to launch this autumn.
Acquired by SevenCapital in August 2020, the 92,000 sq ft site will be managed by Switch Hospitality as part of its growing asset management portfolio, which includes its flagship hotel, Park Regis Birmingham, Holiday Inn Express Birmingham South and the re-opening of the fully refurbished Nite Nite hotel in Central Birmingham.
